Hire
RU·EN

Don't hire — deploy.

Synthire — an AI employee who owns your function: operations, support, sales, or projects. In Russian cloud or on hardware at your office.

What we do

Not a bot. An employee with a zone of responsibility.

Most task flows leak between people and systems: something sits in email, something stalls in chat, the deadline has already moved. Synthire owns that flow end-to-end — picks up the task, moves it through the tools it needs, closes it with a clear outcome.

Works in Slack, Telegram, email — and other channels where the team already works.

How it works

Hire

Application, two weeks on your real tasks, contract. Days, not months.

We connect to channels

We connect to Slack, Telegram, email — and other channels where the team already works.

Tasks closed

No reminders, nothing missed. Outcomes in the tools you already use.

What's different

This isn't another AI agent.

Hired like people. Deployed like infrastructure.

01SETUP

No six-month ramp.

A human hire spends three to six months learning your processes. A Synthire employee picks up the role in days: we load your playbooks, tools, and tone of voice before day one.

Up to speed in days, not months

02ACCOUNTABILITY

Sees the case through.

Doesn't bounce work between queues or leave stuck items for someone else to find. Runs the case to closure. When a human specialist is needed, hands off with full context and stays accountable for the outcome.

One owner, one outcome

03TOOLS

Lives in the tools your team already uses.

Slack, Telegram, email, ticketing systems, CRM, ERP, and others where the team works. No separate dashboard to log into, no retraining for your people.

No new window. Same chat.

04ECONOMICS

Flat price per role.

You pay for the role, not for tokens or hours. One monthly invoice, predictable budget, no surprise bills from a model vendor.

P&L, not payroll.

05JURISDICTION

Russian jurisdiction, 152-FZ compliant.

Contract and invoice from a Russian legal entity. Personal data is processed on servers in Russia. For regulated industries, the Box format keeps the hardware in your office and the data inside your perimeter.

152-FZ is architecture, not a footnote.

BY INDUSTRY

Purpose-built roles for every vertical

Synthire employees are configured for your industry's tools, playbooks, and tone — before day one.

Product listings, reviews, and stock sync eat a full content manager.

«CRM exists, but orders slip between managers and the warehouse.»

Anna and Eva handle: inbound requests from site and calls, CRM record management, routing across stores, regular follow-up calls for returns and upsells.

Suppliers, documents, regions — each process tied to a dedicated person.

Box format — data stays inside your perimeter

Integrations

Works with your tools

Runs in Slack, Telegram, email — and other team channels. Connects to your CRM, task trackers, calendar — and other systems where work already happens.

All names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Used to indicate compatibility.

Team
Roster expansion

Don't see the role you need? We build it from a brief.

The catalog grows through real client demand. A new AI employee starts with a brief: scope, tools, metrics. We run a pilot — the client sees results before signing a permanent contract.

Meet the team

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Anna Synthire

Operations work is about invisible order. Invoices arrive on time, contracts renew, approvals move, teams find each other. I keep this work moving so your COO can focus on strategy, not daily coordination. I add urgency only where it actually exists.

  • I keep the operational rhythm — invoices on time, contracts renewed, approvals moving, teams coordinated.
  • I approve routine expenses within the limits you set, and I bring contested ones up in advance — your team stops waiting for your sign-off on minor decisions
  • I clear the daily flow of administrative tasks that usually takes half the COO's day — focus shifts to strategy
CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Eva Synthire

Good support is when the customer resolves their issue in one conversation. I run the case end to end: I dig in, reply, and when needed, hand off to a specialist with full context. After close, I come back to check that it was actually resolved.

  • I run requests through to close — first replies come at any hour, repeat requests don't pile up.
  • I clarify the details and see the case through to close; your customer doesn't write a third time about the same issue
  • I hand off complex cases to the team with full context — the on-call specialist doesn't have to read the thread from scratch
SALES DEVELOPMENT

Pavel Synthire

Half a sales team's time goes to routine: lead qualification, first touches, CRM upkeep. I take that part so your reps speak with already-prepared customers. I operate within Russia's data protection law (152-FZ), share observations with the team, and bring borderline leads up for discussion.

  • I run the pipeline to the meeting — leads don't go cold in the queue, first reply comes any day of the week.
  • I filter incoming leads against your customer profile; borderline cases go to the sales team for discussion, not silent rejection
  • I run cold outreach within Russia's data protection law (152-FZ) and anti-spam rules; I prep meeting context in one place — no digging through old threads
PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Mark Synthire

Good coordination is when blockers surface before Friday. I run the team's daily standups, track deadlines, and notice stuck tasks before their owners do. I nudge politely, help unblock without pressure, and prepare the weekly digest without manually polling everyone. Your team delivers on plan — without a backlog of questions landing on you.

  • I run standups without manually pulling statuses — what's done, what's blocked, what's at risk of missing the deadline
  • I spot stuck tasks before their owners do — blockers surface on Tuesday, not on Friday at retrospective
  • I deliver the weekly digest by 9am Monday — regardless of who on the team is on vacation
DELIVERY FORMAT

Box: the format for perimeters that don't leave the building

Most clients run Synthire in the cloud — faster to launch, easier to update. Box is for the cases where cloud doesn't fit: banks, insurance, healthcare, government, and security teams with their own IT perimeter. We ship the hardware to your office, deploy the employee locally, and the data stays inside your network. Same price as cloud.

DELIVERY

3–7 days across Russia

Courier delivery to your office. Secured packaging, insurance, tracking.
INSTALL

One hour, remote or on-site

Our engineer sets it up remotely in an hour. For regulated industries, on-site setup is available. After setup the device runs without your team's involvement.
SWAP

48 hours on hardware failure

24/7 health monitoring. On hardware failure, we ship a replacement within 48 hours. The active SLA doesn't pause during the transition.
DATA

Business data — on the device

Business logic, memory, and integrations run on the device. Only anonymized requests reach the external AI model; originals stay on the device. Sync with Synthire cloud is encrypted, limited to model updates.

Launch

Hire an employee

Brief to integration in two weeks. Personal data stays on servers in Russia. From your team: only the task description — we handle the rest.

Launch process

  1. 01 BRIEF

    Employee profile in one call

We scope the role, working tools, and success criteria. We document the task volume, handoff path, and reporting format. Output: a configuration ready for pilot deployment.

  2. 02 PILOT

    Two weeks on real tasks

The employee works on your real tasks in test mode. Over two weeks you see response speed, accuracy, and the boundaries of autonomous decisions. The permanent contract follows the pilot.

  3. 03 INTEGRATION

The employee lands in your team chat

The employee connects to your working channels — Telegram, Slack, email, and others where the team works. Tasks come in there; responses go out there. No separate window.

Common questions

How fast does it launch?
Brief to integration in two weeks. Brief closes in one call. Pilot runs two weeks on your real tasks. Permanent contract follows the pilot. From your team: only the task description.
Is a pilot available before payment?
Yes. Two weeks — on your real tasks. You see response speed, accuracy, and the limits of autonomous decisions. Permanent contract follows — no lock-in.
152-FZ?
Names, emails, phone numbers, and account details are anonymized before the request goes to the AI model — the originals stay on servers in Russia. Business systems (1C, email, messengers) connect directly. For regulated industries, we offer a tier with an RF-resident AI model. 152-FZ compliance is architectural, not a footer disclaimer.
How is an AI employee different from a chatbot?
A chatbot follows scripts and closes one request at a time. An AI employee runs the case from first touch to close, holds context, hands complex ones to a specialist with full context prepared, and comes back to check the outcome. Not a script — a colleague with a zone of responsibility.
How do we measure ROI?
We calculate against the fully-loaded cost of hire (gross + 30% payroll taxes + workspace). Per hh.ru May 2026 data: savings from 38% on Solo to 67% on Full roster. Plus throughput stays flat through vacations and roster changes.
Employee replacement?
We handle replacements on request. We agree on a new profile — same process as the initial hire. The active SLA carries through the transition.
Contract?
Russian team. We issue the services contract and invoice after the pilot. Payment in rubles. The contract includes a personal data processing agreement by default.
What if the AI employee makes a mistake — who's accountable?
The employee works within defined autonomy — routine resolved independently, contested cases brought back for sign-off with full context. One owner accountable for the outcome. Decision logs retained: every action is reconstructable. SLA defines response and handoff times.
